CHABC continues to offer a 50% subsidy for parishes who are willing to provide the Spiritual Care Series at the parish. The Spiritual Care Series offers high quality education for volunteers in pastoral and spiritual care. This program is designed for those offering spiritual care in long-term care homes, churches, within their families or other local community settings and can help many parishioners to deal with the isolation and frailty that can lead to loneliness and the loss of enjoyment of life. Course content can be presented in-person or online. No knowledge or experience in pastoral or spiritual care necessary.
