So this Christmas consider visiting the seniors in your parish community who may be feeling lonely or isolated during this season.

Here are some simple gestures to remember the elderly:

  • Checking in on an elderly neighbour
  • Saying hello to the elderly in your parish community
  • Visiting an older relative or friend
  • Taking a Christmas meal to a older relative or a friend
  • Volunteer to visit someone in aged care
